Darren Moore

Darren is Principal and Founder of New York City law firm, The Law Offices of Darren T. Moore P.C. Originally from Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, Darren travelled to New York to sit the New York Bar Exam in 2008, and at the age of 22, he was and is one of the youngest examinees to sit and pass the exam. After passing the exam and having been sworn in as an Attorney-At-Law, despite having no job offer or legal connections in New York, Darren made the decision to relocate permanently to New York in 2010 and chase his dream of forging a legal career in New York City.

Darren spent his first few years interning at a small midtown Manhattan office and in 2013, Darren obtained a job with one of the top New York personal injury law firms. He spent the next seven years at that firm and there, he focused his practice on construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and premise liability accidents. Darren’s days were spent in the Supreme Courts of New York, conducting depositions, arguing motions and trying cases before juries.

In January 2019, Darren started The Law Offices of Darren T. Moore P.C., a full-service personal injury law firm based in midtown Manhattan. At The Law Offices of Darren T. Moore P.C., the firm’s motto is to obtain “MOOREJUSTICE” for their clients. Among his awards, Darren has been selected as a ‘Rising Star’ of the New York Super Lawyers every year since 2016, awarded the “Clients Choice Award” from Avvo and was one of the Top 40 under 40 award recipients as voted by the Irish Echo in 2020. In June of 2023, Darren was selected to attend the famed Gerry Spence Trial College in Wyoming.

Aside from his legal passion, Darren is heavily involved within the Irish Community here in New York, in particular, the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) based in the Bronx. An avid sports fan, Darren played soccer in the Irish Eircom U-21 league prior to his relocation to New York and upon arrival Darren represented the New York Gaelic Football team in the 2012 All Ireland Senior Football Championship.
