Aisling McAllister

Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Aisling has spent most of her life living in the United States where she obtained degrees from Rutgers College and The University of Miami, School of Law.  Aisling is a seasoned litigator and certified mediator who specializes in labor and employment law.  Over the past fifteen years, she has successfully counseled and represented employers on a wide variety of employment related issues ranging from compensation to discrimination.  Aisling practices in the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, New York State Courts, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, National Labor Relations Board, and various state and city human rights commissions.  Aisling was Partner at Martin Clearwater & Bell and Senior Counsel at Bond Schoeneck & King prior to recently moving into a new role as Senior Director with a national corporation.
